An early morning fire Thanksgiving day displaced about 20 families at 16th and Adams. Some suffered smoke inhalation and one hospitalization is recorded. WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S WEEKEND SUMMARY INCLUDES REPETITIVE OFFENDER     A 46 year old man was arrested Friday afternoon at Highway 30 and County Road 25 for driving under suspension. That same man was arrested again the next day in Blair for the same thing.     A 27 year old man was arrested for felony driving under revocation at County Roads 32 and 35. An overnight fire at the LaQuinta Apartments on the Northside of Blair has displaced approximately 20 households. No fatalities one occupant was hospitalized for smoke inhalation. Many of those displaced are staying with family members, others were offered shelter at a Blair area church. Blair, Kennard, and Ft. Calhoun responded.
