PURSUIT AMONG INCIDENTS ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT FOR THE WEEK     A pursuit on south Highway 30 last night ends with a 50 year old woman charged with flight to avoid arrest, drunk driving, refusal of preliminary test, and defective vehicle lighting – thats one of the incidents on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s Activity summary for October 27th through this morning.      Also on that summary, a traffic stop at highway 75 and County Road 10 ends in the arrest of a 30 year

BLAIR VFD WEDNESDAY CALLS Four calls for service are on the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department’s Activity summary for yesterday. A car accident at 7:19am, someone having trouble breathing just after 8am, an automatic fire detection signal at 11 and a medical alert alarm at 3:24 pm. Ten different volunteers responded to those calls.

On Monday at about 3:00 p.m. the Tekamah Police Department and Burt County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a road rage, domestic violence type incident taking place in an alley in Tekamah.     After further investigation it was determined a male suspect had rammed a truck being driven by a female party residing at the same rural Burt County residence, while it was parked in an alley.
