A request for a conditional use permit, which if approved, would allow a detached garage at a home at 1818 Lincoln street is to be considered by the Blair Planning Commission tomorrow evening. Another request – this time for a non commercial repair shop at 10249 Cook Drive, and a public hearing on changing the wording of regulations on accessory structures and setbacks is also on the agenda.
The planning commission makes recommendations to the Blair City Council, which will decide those matters.
That meeting, 7pm Tuesday in the city council chambers at 218 South 16th Street.
