A new tradition is being born next week to mark the start of the holiday season. Blair's Tree Lighting, put together by the City of Blair and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce is Thursday, November 18th . "Oh Tannenbaum" will include music, cookies and hot chocolate and starts at 5:30. The public is encouraged to participate.
