HERE’S WHAT’S HAPPENING IN OUR AREA…


Black Mambas Author Visit and STEM Event Tuesday, June 9, at 3pm at the Missouri Valley Public Library.


Thursday Night Concert July 9 at 6pm at Adams Street Plaza Park in Fort Calhoun.

Senior Social Hour is coming up Friday, July 10, from 9:30-11am at the Blair Public Library.


Three Rivers Public Health and Memorial Community Hospital are having KLAS (Kids Learning Awareness and Safety) on July 10, 8:30-4pm at MCH Bagby Conference Room. Lunch is provided. Registration at https://nalhd.sjc1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5BJW5dL4f3LvfkW 


Playdate at the Library is coming up on Saturday, July 11, at 10:30am at the Blair Public Library. Free event (no library cards required). Recommended ages: 0-7 years old.

Adult Laser Tag is happening at the Blair Public Library on Saturday, July 11, at 6pm for people ages 16 and up. Free event (no library cards required). Registration required by calling 402-426-3617 or texting 402-307-6468.


EastgateSPORTS is hosting a PARENT (children welcome) OPEN HOUSE on Thursday, July 16 at 4 pm. Have a child interested in video games? Did you know competitive gaming can teach teamwork and open doors to scholarship opportunities? Come learn more at 310 Eastgate Dr, Blair. Also happening in July - Elementary STEM and beginners Rocket League camps.


Quasar Drive-in Classics with a Cause drive in theater is showing E.T. on Thursday, July 16, at 6pm at 13427 N 300th St. Valley, NE. Admission is a free will donation going to the Memorial Community Hospital Foundation.


The Tribute Towers of America’s Fallen are coming to Burt County Fair on July 17-21.

Sidewalk Sale is coming up on Saturday, July 18th in Blair.


Quacks for CASA: 1st Annual Duck Race Event on Saturday, July 18, from 5-7:30pm at the Fremont Splash Station. Fun for the family, prizes, and concessions. The duck drop will be at 7:15pm.
