Last week, a Blair Nursing home reported an outbreak of the Novel Corona Virus, now a Harrison County, Iowa facility has an outbreak of Covid 19.
The County Home and Public Health Agency says twelve cases of the virus have been confirmed at the Rose Vista Home. Ten residents and two staff members are affected. This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Harrison County to 181 since the beginning of the pandemic.
Washington County’s Covid 19 cases jumped last week to 237 after an outbreak at the Crowell Memorial Home. 24 residents and 8 staff members tested positive for the virus according to Three Rivers Public Health Department.
