GRANT STREET CONSTRUCTION

City of Blair has a Grant Street Construction Update: construction activity has now moved east along Grant Street and is currently taking place between S 10th Street and near the railroad tracks. Eastbound traffic only is affected in this phase of the project. Eastbound Detour Route: Use East Highway 30/ Washington Street to E 1st Street, then head south to reconnect with your route. Please follow posted detour signs, use caution when traveling through the area, and allow extra time for your commute. Thank you for your continued patience as this project progresses!
