2026 Petals for Paws Fundraiser is going on this Saturday, August 15, 2026 between 9 am and 1 pm. This is a fundraiser at Ferne Valley Farm located at 14896 County Road 24, Blair. Come out to pick fresh flowers and to help support the Jeanette Hunt Blair Animal Shelter. 25 percent of all proceeds from the purchase of the flowers will go to the Jeanette Hunt Blair Animal Shelter. Foundation Family Fun Night 8 12 26
The Blair School Foundation is hosting the 4th annual Family Fun Night, Friday, August 21 starting at 5pm at Blair High School. Food, music, Volleyball and Football scrimmages at 5:30 and 7. Dance, Cheer, and Cross Country will all be on hand to kick off the start of the 2026-27 school year. All are invited to attend this free event. Jason Cloudt, former President of the Washington County Ag Society, is now the President of the Friends of the Washington County Fair, and spoke with Blair Radio about the fair and what they are doing to ensure its place in the future.
