Here’s what’s happening in the Blair area Faith Community: Piano/Violin Concert with Kevin & Heidi Cheng, Wednesday, July 22nd 6:30 pm at the Missouri Valley Christian Church, 119 N 4th St. Christmas In July is coming up on July 24 from 5:30-8:30pm at Steyer Park. There will be games, crafts, music, and food. All activities are free. Donations will be accepted for the Washington County Food Pantry. Community Prayer Network is coming up August 3 at 7pm at 310 Eastgate, Blair.

The National Weather Service Omaha/Valley Nebraska reported the summer hot streak peaks this afternoon with heat indices reaching 105-110 degrees, making it a great day to stay inside and enjoy the A/C. Later this afternoon a few showers and storms will also develop, with the strongest bringing the possibility of damaging winds and hail. Blair and the surrounding area fall into the slight risk category for storms. Blair radio will update as weather changes.
