DOMESTIC DISTURBANCES INCREASING CLOSER TO HOLIDAYS     A rolling domestic disturbance Saturday is on the Washington County Sheriff’s activity summary for the weekend...a 43 year old and a 39 year old were both arrested on assault and related charges.
