CAR FIRE, ACCIDENT AMONG CALLS TO BLAIR VFD Calls to the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department for November 14th through the 16th include four incidents of injuries from falls, A person suffering a diabetic reaction, a person having difficulties breathing, a non-responsive person, two automatic fire detection signals and a mutual aid call from Kennard in which CPR was in progress, and the Blair department provided mutual aid to Kennard for a car fire and accident.
