82 year old Leota Miller Wiese Cowan of Blair passed away February 4th. She was an area floral designer. She is survived by her brothers, Leslie Miller and George, her children, Jay Cowan, Chet Wiese, Christian Cowan and Vickie Lewis and their families. The memorial service is Friday, February 20th 3pm at Campbell Aman. 86 year old Russel Detjens of Blair passed away February 4th. Service information is pending. WARRANT ARRESTS, BAD DRIVERS ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S ACTIVITY SUMMARY FOR THE WEEK     A 52 year old male was arrested at Highway 75 and Hollow Road by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for driving under revocation.    Also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s activity summary for this past week, a 26 year old male was arrested at Highway 75 and County Road 40 for Driving under suspension.
