Nebraska had a rare earthquake yesterday afternoon just south of Hastings at Cowles, Nebraska. according to the Geological Survey – that temblor registered 4.1 on the Richter Scale and was felt in Eastern Nebraska as well. No damages were reported.     Smaller shakers have been reported from this particular area before, usually in the 2 to 2.5 on the Richter Scale.     Some in our listening area reported feeling that quake.
