She passed away in 2019, since then, her mother has worked diligently to honor her daughter’s life.      Kristi Rounds was present at the Blair City Council this week when council members approved naming the new dog park “The Mandy Jo Rounds Memorial Dog Park”.      Kristi says she is happy to see the fruition of her work after putting together a board for the memorial foundation, fundraising through an annual golf tournament in July and another fundraiser around her daughter
