A report of a stranded motorist on I-29 brought Harrison County deputies to assist. The vehicle had three juvenile occupants. The car ended up reported stolen out of South Dakota. The Three people within the car were taken to the Juvenile Detention Center in Council Bluffs on charges of possession of stolen property. Also on the Harrison County, Iowa Sheriff’s Summary for July 6th through the 13th, a motorcyclist was stopped and arrested for driving in excess of 130 miles per hour on Highway 30. A Modale man was arrested for domestic abuse at a home on Archer Street. Among the many other matters on Sheriff Brandon Doiel’s report, a deputy, during a traffic stop for an equipment violation, discovered the driver, an Omaha man had unlawful possession of prescription drugs and arrested him.
