Groundbreaking for renovations at the Hain-Flynn American Legion Family #154 in Blair, Nebraska took place Wednesday afternoon. The project has raised $380,000 toward a $500,000 goal, including a $100,000 grant from the Donald E. Nielsen Foundation.
