They Harrison County Sheriffs office reported the following incident report for July 8 through the 12th. July 8: Sheriff was contacted for cows on the roadway. The cow owner was contacted per this matter. Also a dog complaint on Light Breeze Lane. The dog was not located and attempts to contact owner were made. July 9: Sheriff assisted Missouri Valley Police with a traffic stop/OWI investigation near the intersection of E. Erie Street and 6th Street in Missouri Valley. An arr
