An overnight fire at the LaQuinta Apartments on the Northside of Blair has displaced approximately 20 households. No fatalities one occupant was hospitalized for smoke inhalation. Many of those displaced are staying with family members, others were offered shelter at a Blair area church. Blair, Kennard, and Ft. Calhoun responded. WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SUMMARY FOR THE WEEKEND     A situation in the early hours Friday – the Washington County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a woman at 2:02am, in which the driver told officers that her three children, all under the age of 7 had been home along for approximately 8 hours.
