VANDALS, BURGLARY AND IMPAIRED DRIVER ON BLAIR POLICE SUMMARY FOR THIS PAST WEEK      Criminal Mischief at 1501 Park street – restroom facilities at Lyons Park were vandalized – this on the activity summary from Blair Police Chief Jeremy Kinsey.     Also on that report, a citizen noticed lights on on the first floor of Holling Hall on the former Dana campus. An overnight fire at the LaQuinta Apartments on the Northside of Blair has displaced approximately 20 households. No fatalities one occupant was hospitalized for smoke inhalation. Many of those displaced are staying with family members, others were offered shelter at a Blair area church. Blair, Kennard, and Ft. Calhoun responded.
