WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SUMMARY FOR THE WEEKEND A situation in the early hours Friday – the Washington County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a woman at 2:02am, in which the driver told officers that her three children, all under the age of 7 had been home along for approximately 8 hours. Electronic citation and electronic crash equipment will be coming soon to the Blair Police Department. The Nebraska Department of Transportation’s Highway Safety Office provided over twelve hundred dollars for the equipment. The equipment will help the department to better track citation and crash information.
