Blair’s Spring clean up days this year are from April 10th through the 26th at the Blair Public Works Yard – Third Avenue and Colfax. Disposal hours are Monday through Friday 4 to 6 pm, weekends ten am to 5pm. Burn Permit Period is April 10th through the 18th from 8 am to sundown. More details can be found online at BlairNE.gov
