HERE’S WHAT’S HAPPENING IN OUR AREA…

Fort Calhoun School’s Out Celebration is on Thursday, May 21, from 11:15am-1:30pm at Adams Street Plaza Park (Splash Pad). There will be hot dogs, chips, and popsicles as well as a foam party from noon-1pm.

Night Market in Art Alley & Pocket Park Downtown Blair is on Thursday, May 21st from 5-9pm. There will be mini root beer floats and boutique vendors.

Nomadic Novels Mobile Bookstore has its grand opening on May 21 at 5:30pm at the Art Alley.

Summer 4th Friday Block Party at Art Alley is starting May 22 from 5:30-8pm. There will be family-friendly entertainment, games, and food trucks.

Memorial Community Hospital is having a lunch and learn on Tuesday, May 26, from noon- 1 pm in the Bagby/Gentry Conference Rooms. The topic is Nutrition as We Age: Eating healthy to prevent chronic disease.

Big Boy 4014 can be seen on May 27 from 10am-1pm at the Golden Spike Tower (1249 North Homestead Road, North Platte, NE).

Gateway to the West Days are coming up June 4-7.
