FALSE ALARMS TAKE AN ALARMING AMOUNT OF BLAIR VFD TIME!

An injury from a fall is on the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department’s activity summary for February 2nd.

That, along with a false alarm for a medical alert notification, a false alarm from an automatic fire alarm, and a call for a structure fire with Fort Calhoun’s Volunteer Fire Department – which was cancelled due to no fire.

Calls for February 1st include an injury from a fall, and a rescue call, both handled by Fort Calhoun crews, an automatic fire alarm and a call for a person having difficulty breathing.
