85 year old Ronald Hineline of Fort Calhoun passed away May 12th. He was a former member of the Washington County Board of Supervisors. He is survived by his wife, Lori, children Tammy Fibich, Ronald Hineline II, Stacy Case and Tina Engle and their families. A celebration of life will be held at the farm on May 26th at 2pm - 7997 County Road p-26 in Fort Calhoun.


57 year old Joel Marreel of Hooper passed away May 17th. He is survived by his wife, Tammi, children Josh Marreel, Abi Marreel of Blair, parents Connie and Don Havekost, sister Jill Woodward and other family members. Visitation is tomorrow, 5-8pm, the funeral, Friday, 10am, both at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hooper.


73 year old David Hoppe passed away April 25th. He was a professor at Dana College. He is survived by his wife, Teri, his children Jessica Fisher and Jason David and their families. A Celebration of Life is this Friday, 6pm at Bellevue University.

88 year old Marian Snyder Rohloff of Fremont, formerly of Arlington, passed away May 18th. She is a 1989 graduate of Dana College and a long time area teacher. She is survived by sons Kevin and Norman Rohloff, brothers Tony Snyder of Blair and Nye Snyder Jr., sister Leona Watson and their families. Visitation is this evening, 5-7 at Mosers in Fremont and continues tomorrow, 9:30 am followed by the funeral at 10:30 at Trinity Lutheran in Fremont.

82 year old Jerry Taylor of Monroe, Washington, formerly of Fort Calhoun, died May 2nd. A memorial service is slated for Saturday, June 14th, 2pm at Abiding Faith Baptist Church in Fort Calhoun. Inurnment is Monday, June 16th, 10am at the Omaha National Cemetery.


98 year old Robert Aronson of Herman, formerly of Fort Calhoun died May 14th. He is survived by his daughter, Anne Sheets and his sister, Joan Connealy, and many other family members. Visitation is tomorrow, 10am, the funeral follows at 11am, both at Saint Mary’s Episcopal Church in Blair


73 year old Rick Dilley of Pisgah, formerly of Missouri Valley, died May 14th. He graduated from West Harrison and was a long time custodian at Mo Valley Schools. He is survived by his siblings, Janette Herzberg, Gaylene Van Wey, and Harold Dilley and other family members. A lunch in his honor is Sunday, August 10th at 11am at the Pisgah City Park, followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:30 in the same location.
