After high school he moved back to Nebraska and started working as a professional painter. Glen Duane Long passed away peacefully on April 17, 2026, following a recent battle with pneumonia and heart disease. Glen was born on March 31, 1946, to Willis and Hazel (Park) Long in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Glen graduated from Missouri Valley High School in 1964.
