Loyal Drey (March 1, 1939-May 24, 2025) of Scottsdale, Arizona, formerly of Blair, is remembered by his wife, Marlene, and their children – Kelly Cushman, Michele Johnson, Lori Shannon, Lisa Diederich, siblings Velva Schmieding and Larry Drey and their families. He opened Loyal’s Foodland in Blair in 1979. Services are at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Scottsdale this coming Saturday at 11am.  Ron Duncan of Missouri Valley (1942-2025) passed away June 8th. He is remembered by his children, Wade and Matt Duncan, Sister Susan Helfert, friend Donna O’Neil and their families. Visitation is tomorrow, 5-7pm at Fouts, a graveside service is Wednesday, 10:30 at Harris Grove Cemetery.

Mary Jane Baxter Watts (1951-2025) of Modale passed away May 3rd. She is remembered by her children, Shawn, Chris and Sahra Watts and their families. The Celebration of Life is Saturday, June 28th at the Missouri Valley Eagles Club from 3 to 6pm.
