Recap of Kindness Kits at Pack the Park

At Pack the Park on August 8th, the Blair Healing Rooms gave away 783 string bags with Kindness Kits. Each Kindness Kit included personal care items: a bar of soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, stick deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, a comb and two hand sanitizer packets - everything a young person needs to go to school confident.

Kindness Kits offers household helps to individuals through the Hygiene Essentials program. For only $25.00 a year (income restrictions apply), a household can shop the Kindness Kit shelves once a month, receiving up to 14 selections each visit.
