Nebraska DOT reports that weather permitting, work will begin today, May 11, on the N-36 to N-133 junction, from reference post 16.0 to reference post 18.5. N-36, from Bennington Road to N-133, will be closed during construction and traffic will be detoured. Detoured traffic is advised to take N-133 to US-30 to N-36. The detour will be in effect for approximately 90 days. The project includes milling & resurfacing, bridge repairs, guardrail replacement, and more. Completion is anticipated in fall 2026.
