The incident Tuesday evening regarding a person walking away from the Blair Hospital after being committed for a mental health episode in Herman – that episode involving shots fired, is being made more clear by Sheriff Mike Robinson.     The Sheriff says the Blair Police aided the Sheriff’s department in alerting area residence of this man’s presence in the area. Sheriff Robinson says neither the Blair Police or the Blair Hospital are responsible for that incident and that po
