WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SUMMARY FOR THE WEEKEND A situation in the early hours Friday – the Washington County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a woman at 2:02am, in which the driver told officers that her three children, all under the age of 7 had been home along for approximately 8 hours. FOUR NEW MEMBERS, CALLS OVER THE WEEKEND FOR BLAIR VOLUNTEER FIRE & RESCUE Calls to the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department from November 7th through the 9th include two mutual aid to Kennard incidents, An injured party, four calls for people injured during falls, an automatic fire detection signal, and a medical nature unknown call. Four new members to the Blair Fire Department are expected to be approved at tomorrow night’s Blair City Council meeting.
