STOLEN FIREARM, INMATE IN DISTRESS ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SUMMARY      A theft reported in the 4300 block of Hillside Drive yesterday afternoon is on the Washington County Sheriff’s Activity Summary for this past weekend. MAKING IT OFFICIAL!     He announced his candidacy for Washington County Sheriff back in May, and today Kevin Willis officially filed for candidacy at the clerk’s office in Blair.     Willis has 30 years law enforcement experience, with 26 of those years with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office – some of it as chief deputy.
