MAKING IT OFFICIAL!     He announced his candidacy for Washington County Sheriff back in May, and today Kevin Willis officially filed for candidacy at the clerk’s office in Blair.     Willis has 30 years law enforcement experience, with 26 of those years with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office – some of it as chief deputy. ACCIDENTS & WARRANT ARRESTS ON WCSO WEEKEND REPORT      A one vehicle accident at County Roads 40 and 45 last night is on the Washington County Sheriff’s Activity report for the weekend.
