BILLING GLITCH AFFECTS 77

City of Missouri Valley reports an issue with the water bill this month. As you may know, the city had a software update at the end of April. This update affected 77 customers whose information was not transferred over to the new software. These 77 people didn't receive a bill, can't log on to the portal, and/or can't pay online or in person. The City of Missouri Valley is working with the software provider on a solution, and apologizes for any confusion or frustration. No late fees or penalties will be added to those affected due to this issue
