AREA FIRE DEPARTMENTS BUSY WITH CALLS AND TRAINING!

Calls to the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department for June 23rd through the 25th include a possible stroke, a heart issue, assisting a party up, an injury from a fall, and two calls responding to automatic fire detection systems. Additionally crews for the Blair department had a driver training session at the high school parking lot.

Fort Calhoun’s Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department yesterday also did training, for a Mass Casualty event – hosted by Ponca Hills Fire Department along with Irvington.
