BLAIR VFD SUMMARIES:
The Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department responded to three medical calls Tuesday, one at 9:42 am for a person suffering chest pain, a call at 6:44 pm for a hemorrhage, and a mutual aid call to Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue for a person injured in a fall.
Five calls were responded to by the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department on Wednesday. At 3:36 am, a call regarding chest pain, a possible building fire at 10:50 am, a rescue call at 8:12 am, an automatic fire detection signal at 10:32am and an “assist a person up” call at 10:52 pm.
