Plats and conditional use permits in store for Blair Planning Commission.
A final plat application for Olsen’s addition is the subject of a public hearing this coming Tuesday evening at the Blair Planning Commission meeting.
Another public hearing is slated for a preliminary plat application for the West Valley Subdivision.
A third public hearing, requesting a Conditional Use Permit, which if approved by the City Council, would allow a retaining wall at 2045 South 20th Street. That meeting Tuesday is at 7:00 pm at Blair City Council Chambers, 218 South 16th Street.
