BRUSH FIRE, OVERDOSE ON BLAIR VFD ACTIVITY SUMMARIES
A large brush fire west of town over the weekend – with mutual aid from Kennard, Arlington, Fort Calhoun, and Herman’s crews – is among the calls to the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department from April 9th through the 14th.
An overdose, two incidents of a person having chest pain, A diabetic emergency, an unconscious person still breathing, an asthma attack are also on those activity summaries, as well as several responses for injuries from falls and other unspecified medical calls.
Though the National Weather Service has not issued a designation for a red flag fire weather warning, conditions are still dry and you’re encouraged to be careful with outdoor flame.
