ON HARRISON CO. IOWA SUMMARY 1/24-2/2
Harrison County Deputies responded to a stolen vehicle report Wednesday in which a vehicle was found near a farm field and several parts had been removed.
Also on Sheriff Brandon Doiel’s summary for January 24th through February 2nd, deputies assisted Iowa State Patrol in which a traffic stop found drugs in a vehicle operated by two suspects from Minnesota who were charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Several reports of domestic violence and drunk driving are on that summary as well. In addition, two people walking in a Mondamin roadway wearing blankets ended up being visitors from Canada whose vehicle had broken down. The responding deputy allowed them to warm up in his vehicle and drove the two to a convenience store.
