HIT AND RUN DRIVER HEADS TOWARDS BLAIR

Just before 6 yesterday evening, a collision between a white Cadillac and a black sedan occurred on Blair High Road at State Street.

The driver of the black sedan left the scene, driving recklessly north bound.
