Pledge of Allegiance
I pledge allegiance to the Flag
of the United States of America,
and to the Republic for which it stands,
one Nation under God,
indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Star Spangled Banner - performed by the Anthem Lights
O say can you see, by the dawn's early light,
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming,
Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there;
O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
Yankee Doodle Dandy performed by Hit Company Masters
I'm a Yankee Doodle Dandy
A Yankee Doodle, do or die
A real live nephew of my uncle Sam's
Born on the Fourth of July
I've got a Yankee Doodle sweetheart
She's my Yankee Doodle joy
Yankee Doodle came to London
Just to ride the ponies
I am a Yankee Doodle boy
America (My Country, ‘Tis of Thee) - performed by Home Free
My country, 'tis of thee,
sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing:
land where my fathers died,
land of the pilgrims' pride,
from every mountainside let freedom ring!
My native country, thee,
land of the noble free, thy name I love;
I love thy rocks and rills,
thy woods and templed hills;
my heart with rapture thrills like that above.
Let music swell the breeze,
and ring from all the trees sweet freedom's song:
let mortal tongues awake, let all that breathe partake;
let rocks their silence break, the sound prolong.
My country, 'tis of thee
My country, 'tis of thee
My country, 'tis of thee
My country, 'tis of thee,
Sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing:
land where my fathers died,
land of the pilgrims' pride,
from every mountainside let freedom ring!
My country, 'tis, My country, 'tis of thee
The Armed Forces Medley - performed by the US Army Field Band and Soldier's Chorus
NAVY - Anchors aweigh, my boys, anchors aweigh.
Farewell to college joys.
We sail at break of day (day, day, day)
Through our last night ashore, drink to the foam
Until we meet once more
Here’s wishing you a happy voyage home
AIR FORCE - Off we go into the wild blue yonder
Climbing high into the sun
Here they come, zooming to meet our thunder
“At em boys, give ‘er the gun” (give 'er the gun)
Down they dive spouting their flame from under
Off with one terrible roar
We live in fame or go down in flame
For nothing can stop the U.S. Air Force
MARINES - From the Halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli
We will fight our country’s battles in the air, on land and sea
First to fight for right and freedom and to keep our honor clean
We are proud to claim the title of United States Marines
COAST GUARD - We’re always ready for the call, we place our trust in Thee
Through surf and storm and howling gale, high shall our purpose be
“Semper Paratus” is our guide, our fame and glory too
To fight and save or fight and die, Aye! Coast Guard we are for you.
ARMY - First to fight for the right,
And to build the Nation's might,
And the army goes rolling along.
Proud of all we have done,
Fighting till the battle's won,
And the army goes rolling along.
Then it's Hi! Hi! Hey! The Army's on its way.
Count off the cadence loud and strong;
For where’er you go
You will always know
That the army goes rolling along.
And the army goes rolling along.
America The Beautiful - performed by the Mike Curb Congregation
O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain’s majesty
Above the fruited plain!
America! America! God shed His grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!
O beautiful for patriot dream
That sees beyond the years
Thine alabaster cities gleam
Undimmed by human tears!
America! America! God mend thine every flaw,
Confirm thy soul in self-control,
Thy liberty in law!
America! America!God shed His grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!
From sea to shining sea!
Shining sea! Shining sea!
God Bless America - performed by Anthem Lights
God bless America, land that I love
Stand beside her and guide her
Through the night with the light from above [repeat]
From the mountains to the prairies
To the oceans white with foam
God bless America, my home sweet home
God bless America, my home sweet home
From the mountains to the prairies
To the oceans white with foam
God bless America,
God bless America, my home sweet home
Battle Hymn of the Republic - performed by Three Irish Tenors
Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of his terrible swift sword:
His truth is marching on.
Refrain: Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! (x3)
His truth is marching on.
I have seen him in the watch-fires of a hundred circling camps;
They have builded him an altar in the evening dews and damps;
I can read the righteous sentence by the dim and flaring lamps;
His day is marching on.
[Refrain]
In the beauty of the lilies Christ was born across the sea,
With a glory in his bosom that transfigures you and me;
As he died to make men holy, let us die that all be free!
While God is marching on.
[Refrain x 2]
Heal Our Land - performed by Michael Card
Forgive oh Lord and heal our land And give us eyes to seek Your face and hearts to understand That You alone make all things new And the blessings of the land we love are really gifts from You
Refrain: If My people will humbly pray and seek My face and turn away
From all their wicked ways
Then I will hear them and move My hand
And freely then will I forgive and I will heal their land
Unite our hearts in one accord And make us hungry for Your peace and burdened for the poor And grant us hope that we might see The future for the land we love our life our liberty
[Refrain x 2] And I will heal their land
Heal their land (x5)
This is My Country - performed by Johnny Mann Singers
What diff'rence if I hail from North or South
Or from the East or West?
My heart is filled with love for all of these.
I only know I swell with pride and deep within my breast
I thrill to see Old Glory paint the breeze.
This is my country! Land of my birth!
This is my country! Grandest on earth!
I pledge thee my allegiance, America, the bold,
For this is my country to have and to hold.
I’m pledging my allegiance, America, the bold,
For this is my country to have and to hold.
