MISSOURI VALLEY CITY COUNCIL MEETS TONIGHT

The City of Missouri Valley will hold their City Council meeting tonight at 6 pm at the Rand Center, 223 East Erie Street. Some of the items on the agenda include:

* Public Hearing to Sell and Convey 500 E Superior

* Consent Agenda items including the Liquor License for Chill Mezcal Bar and Grill,

* Fire, Park and PeopleService Updates

* Consideration and Possible Action to Set August 4, 2026, at 6 pm as Public Hearing to hear comments for or against the proposed rezoning of properties located along the Erie Street Corridor and the corresponding amendment to the Official Zoning Map

* Establish a Three-Way Stop at the Intersection of Fifth Street and Huron Street

* Motion to approve Resolution 26-25 Missouri Valley Comprehensive Plan and

* Motion to approve Resolution 26-26 to Sell and Convey 500 E Superior St Property.
