Missouri Valley - Water Billing

The City of Missouri Valley reports that due to an equipment failure, PeopleService has not been able to gather the meter readings needed to issue water bills. They are waiting on a loaner and will work to get the readings as soon as possible. During this time, there will be no late fees or disconnects.

For those that had missing accounts, most have been added into the system so if you'd like to make a payment, the City of Missouri Valley can accept cash or check and apply it to your account as a credit. Unfortunately, we cannot do this with credit/debit cards
