NATIONAL NIGHT OUT - TUESDAY AUGUST 4TH

The Blair Police Department’s Officer Titus came into Blair Studios to introduce this year’s National Night Out that is set for August 4th at Generations Park. The event represents all First Responders in an annual nationwide community-building campaign that promotes strong partnerships between law enforcement, first responders, local organizations, businesses, and the communities they serve. This is a free event for the community to come out and enjoy with many activities, public safety displays, community resources, entertainment, food, and opportunities to interact with local law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency responders, and community partners. There is still space available for organizations and businesses to participate. Participation is free and those interested in hosting a booth or taking part in the event are encouraged to contact the Blair Police Department.

“We want National Night Out to be more than just a police event, we want it to be a true community event,” said Blair Police Chief Jeremy Kinsey. “Blair is fortunate to have outstanding business, organizations, and volunteers who make this community special. We invite them to join us, share information about their services, engage with residents, and help showcase everything that makes Blair a great place to live, work, and raise a Family.”

The National Night Out will be held at Generations Park starting at 6 pm on Tuesday, August 4th.
