75 year old Richard Lee Gerdes of Omaha died January 3rd, he is survived by son JR, step sons Phil and Dean Gravert, brother Stanley Gerdes and other family members. Visitation is Friday, 5 to 8pm at Campbell Aman, with graveside services Saturday, 11am at the Fort Calhoun Cemetery
89 year old Shirley Ann Kosmicki of Blair passed away Thursday. She is survived by her children Darlene Whittaker, Denise and Dennis Kosmicki and other family members. A memorial service is planned for January 15th at 10 a.m. at Campbell Aman.

51 year old Steve Depperman of Fremont died Saturday, he was raised in the Kennard area and graduated from Arlington High School. He was a driver for Braakken Trucking of Blair. He is survived by his wife Lynn, Children Jessica Davenport and Bradley Stubbs, Sisters Cynthia, Karen, Connie, brother Ron of Kennard and other family members. Friends will be received by the family at Ludvigsen Chapel in Fremont, this Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm. No formal services are planned at this time.
