40 year old Jeremy David McKinnis of Blair passed away January 9th. He is survived by his wife, Nicole, children Boston and Claire, parents Dave and Kathy McKinnis and Kerrie and Bob Anderson. Siblings Jamie, Anne, Bobby and Bryan along with their spouses and children and other family members. He was a past member of the Blair Fire and Rescue squad. Visitation is Friday 5-8pm at Saint Francis Borgia Catholic Church, the Mass of Christian Burial is Saturday, 10:30, also at the church.

75 year old Richard Lee Gerdes of Omaha died January 3rd, he is survived by son JR, step sons Phil and Dean Gravert, brother Stanley Gerdes and other family members. Visitation is Friday, 5 to 8pm at Campbell Aman, with graveside services Saturday, 11am at the Fort Calhoun Cemetery

89 year old Shirley Ann Kosmicki of Blair passed away last week. She is survived by her children Darlene Whittaker, Denise and Dennis Kosmicki and other family members. A memorial service is planned for January 15th at 10 a.m. at Campbell Aman.

81 year old Richard Isom of Missouri Valley passed away yesterday. Graveside services will be 11am this Friday at Oak Grove Cemetery in Missouri Valley.

81 year old Shirley Ann Davis Pokorski of Herman passed away January 7th. She is survived by her sons Trent and Todd Hampton and their families, her sister Phyllis Ireland. Visitation is Saturday afternoon 12:30 to 1:30 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. The funeral service follows at 1:30.

79 year old Larry Seefus of Omaha died January 7th, he is survived by his wife Janice, sons Jay and Larry of Fort Calhoun and Terry Seefus of Omaha along with their spouses, children and other family members. Visitation is this Thursday, 11am, the funeral is Friday, 11:45, both events at Sievers Sprick.

51 year old Steve Depperman of Fremont died Saturday, he was raised in the Kennard area and graduated from Arlington High School. He was a driver for Braakken Trucking of Blair. He is survived by his wife Lynn, Children Jessica Davenport and Bradley Stubbs, Sisters Cynthia, Karen, Connie, brother Ron of Kennard and other family members. Friends will be received by the family at Ludvigsen Chapel in Fremont tomorrow 5 to 8 pm. No formal services are planned at this time.
