56 year old Patrick West, Junior of Missouri Valley passed away January 2nd. He was a Captain of Security with Douglas County Corrections. And instrumental in establishing the DCDC Honor Guard. He is survived by his wife, Pam, sons Patrick, Colten and Wyatt, sister Gina Huber, brothers Darren, Marty West and Monte Hanel and their families. A Celebration of Life will be January 18th 1 to 4 pm at the Missouri Valley Eagles Club.

89 year old Rich Small passed away January 3rd. He owned Rich Electric in Magnolia, Iowa. He is survived by his wife, Deanna, daughters Bonnie Adams, Betty Smith, Bev Olsen, Barb Hoff and Becky Clark, as well as his brother, Gary Small and their families. Visitation is this Friday, 5 to 7pm, the memorial service starts at 7, both at Fouts in Woodbine.

94 year old Andrew Hoefler of Omaha passed away January 1st. He is survived by his children Susan Hoefler, Fran Tvrdy and Julie Herrera and their families.Visitation and Rosary are tomorrow 5 pm with the Rosary at 7 - at Campbell Aman. The Mass of Christian Burial is Friday at 10:30 at Saint Robert Bellarmine.
69 year old Carolyn Lewis of Omaha passed away December 27th. She is survived by her children, Catherine Lewis, Laura Black, and Katerina Johnson, her sister Shirley and brother Carl and their families. The Celebration of Life is Saturday, January 17th 10:30 at Campbell Aman.
