71 year old David Daily of Fremont passed away October 27th.

He worked as an Operator Instructor for OPPD at Fort Calhoun. He is survived by his children, Josh, Christy Metzler, Sara Lee, siblings Tom, Nancy Arocha-Auger, Jule Roehler, Mary Romine and Jane Kindig and their families. Burial will be at the Victoria Creek Cemetary near Anselmo.

93 year old John Bogatz of LaVista passed away October 22nd. He is survived by his children, Sherri Helman, Terri Melody of Blair, Larry, Jerry, Mari Haney, his son’s widow Betty Barnes, Half siblings Jim, Judy Tomanek and their families. The Rosary is tomorrow morning at 8:40, followed by visitation at 9am and the funeral service at 10 am, all at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Ashland.
