Robert Gale Loyd died on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at his home outside of Mondamin at the age of 80 years and seven days. A memorial visitation open to the public will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at the Pisgah Community of Christ Church from 5-7 PM. Dewey Worsley passed away peacefully at home after a short battle with cancer on Wednesday June 3, 2026. Dewey was born on July 19, 1948 at the US Naval Hospital in Pensacola Florida. Visitation: Friday June 19 from 5 to 7 pm at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Blair NE Funeral: Saturday June 20 at 10 am with lunch to follow at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church Celebration of Life: Saturday August 15th from 11-2pm at Starved Rock State Park, LaSalle County, Illinois In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Jeanette Hunt Blair Animal Shelter
David E. Rasmussen, 82 of Blair, passed away May 31, 2026. Services will be held Thursday, June 11, 2026, with a time of visitation beginning at 12:30 and services at 2 PM at First Lutheran Church, with a cookie and coffee reception to follow.
Hans Beck was born on February 12th, 1936 and passed away on June 3rd, 2026 at the age of 90. Information on visitation and services have not yet been released.
