81 year old Vera Hunt Jensen of Steamboat Springs, Colorado passed away July 14th. She is the daughter of the late Robert and Jeanette Hunt of Blair. During her lifetime, she worked at the Blair Memorial Community Hospital and Great Plains Communications. She is survived by her children Abigail Jensen and Troy Jensen, sister Robley Garrigan and their families and her former husband Michael Jensen. A Celebration of Life is Sunday at the Window Ranch in Steamboat Springs. A service will be held in Blair at a later date

87 year old Shirley Fryman Nyberg of Loomis, Nebraska, formerly of Blair, passed away July 24th. She is survived by her son, Brett Nyberg, daughter in law Kori Johnson and their families. Her funeral is today at the Evangelical Free Church in Loomis. Details online at Nelson-BauerFH.com

67 year old Cindy Danner Cunningham of rural Fremont, passed away July 26th. She graduated from Arlington High School in 1975, She is survived by her husband, Jim, step daughters Jennifer Andrade and Jacqueline Cunningham, and other family members. 84 year old Wayne Hardy of Woodbine passed away July 28. He was a long time employee of Kelly Ryan in Blair. He is survived by his children, Tammy Bak and Tina Wagner, his brother Robbie Hardy and other family members. Services are pending at Fouts.

56 year old Tim Collison of Little Sioux passed away July 27th. He was a fire chief and EMT for the Little Sioux Fire Department and worked for the Harrison County Roads Department. He is survived by his wife, Kim, children Nicole Martz, Jessica Mc Combs, Wendy Collison and Trevor Collison, his siblings and their families. Visitation is Monday, August 4th, 5-8pm at Fouts, the funeral is Tuesday, August 5th, 10:30 at Nealy Hall in Little Sioux.
