Congratulations Blair High School graduate Kathryn Frazer!
Kathryn (Katie) Frazer, daughter of Jay and Wendy Frazer, plans on attending Iowa Western Community College to major in Graphic Design while participating with scholarships in Concert Choir, Jazz Band and the Bowling team.
Katie will miss having opportunities to be involved in all these different activities that she won't have the opportunities or time for when she heads off to the adult world.
Her favorite memory was the outdoor Fun Days in elementary school with games and relay races.
