STORMS YESTERDAY RESULT IN FATALITY ACCIDENT IN IOWA

Yesterday’s storms kept the Iowa State Patrol busy. The patrol says it responded to 158 calls for service from 6am Sunday to 8pm, of that 31 vehicle crashes with 22 having property damage, one of those accidents was fatal, eight had injuries and 127 motorist assists were performed.

That storm yesterday closed parts of I-35 from Ames to the Minnesota border.
